Decoupage Ideas for Home Part II

Since this post turned out to be quite popular, I decided to continue with the decoupage ideas and try to show you new ways in which you can use your imagination and crafty abilities to make your home prettier. I plan to do that as well, as soon as I find my own place for the following year.

As I have mentioned, in the dorms where I currently live, there is not much I can show you of my own work so the best I could do is gather 'all things pretty' and try to show you some other cool places which you might want to visit to improve your decoupage technique.  Here are some cute and creative ways in which you can personalize stuff around your home to look a bit like this one:

If you'd like something that will remain visible and you can always boast about in front of friends and family try decoupaging fabric on artist canvas by using this incredibly simple tutorial ! And here are some other amazing ideas and some of them have been a bit a dream which might have to wait until I am settled and I start turning the place I live into a real home.

Chairs, hangers, drawers, everything old and useless can be turned into new and amazingly beautiful just by decoupage. 

Small Tip: Start applying the glue from the center to the edges in order to push the air out of the surface. I have mentioned this but I wanted to repeat it because it is the hardest part of the technique for me.
